论文摘要:Schisandra chinensis (Turcz.) Baill. is a traditional Chinese herb with great potential value. This review proposes a novel model for the utilization of Chinese herbs and introduces S. chinensis from underforest cultivation methods to quality control to the deep processing of added-value products in the form of a medicinal food industry chain. First, this review introduced the general methods of cultivating S. chinensis in forests.Subsequently, the determination method of active component lignan content was also introduced, and finally, the differences in active components in different concoctions were compared and analyzed, and some value-added products of S. chinensis were introduced. This review gives a comprehensive overview of S. chinensis based on the concept of the medicinal food industry chain to improve people's attention toS. chinensis and provide a reference for eaters.

五味子是一种具有很大潜在价值的中草药。本文提出了一种新的中草药利用模式,并以药食同源中草药产业链的形式从林下栽培方法到质量控制,再到附加值产品的深加工对五味子进行了介绍。首先,本文介绍了林下栽培五味子的一般方法。之后介绍了五味子中有效成分木脂素含量的测定方法,最后比较分析了不同五味子炮制品中有效成分含量的差异,并介绍了几种具有附加价值的五味子产品。本文从药食同源中草药产业链的概念出发,对五味子进行了全面的综述,以期提高人们对其的关注度,并为广大食用者提供参考。
