      许晓东

　　一、个人简介

　　许晓东，男，博士，教授，博士生导师，1967年10月出生，黑龙江省甘南县人。1989年在北京农业大学农业微生物专业获学士学位，1995年在北京农业大学微生物学专业获硕士学位，2009年在英国雷丁大学（University of Reading）病毒学专业获博士学位。2009年11月到西北农林科技大学生命科学学院工作。主讲本科生“分子生物学”等课程。

　　二、研究方向

1. 杆状病毒的分子生物学。包括与病毒晚期基因表达相关的调控因子、病毒与宿主细胞的互作等领域的研究。

2. 朊病毒。近期我们在杆状病毒中发现了病毒中的第一例朊病毒——LEF10。我们推测其他种类的病毒中也存在朊病毒，因此我们拟用实验室已经建立的方法广泛筛选朊病毒。

实验室条件：能完整地实现PCR获得目的基因、克隆到相应的表达载体、原核或真核表达目标蛋白、蛋白质检测、蛋白质间相互作用、重组杆状病毒构建以及通过流式细胞术对细胞进行统计学分析。目前除了一个通用实验室之外，我们还建有一个具备二氧化碳培养箱、倒置显微镜等设备的动物细胞培养室，用于昆虫细胞和哺乳动物细胞培养室。

研究生要求：由于实验室的研究方向涉及广泛的分子生物学知识，因而需要具有坚实的分子生物学理论基础和动手能力、热爱科学研究并具有创新热情的同学加盟。

　　三、工作简历

　　2001.11－2009.10 英国雷丁大学（University of Reading），Technician, Research Assistant。 从事杆状病毒表达系统、单链抗体（scFv）、HIV和口蹄疫基因工程疫苗的研究。

　　1995.07－2000.07 中国科学院微生物研究所，科技处职员、副处长，综合办公室主任。

　　1989.07－1992.08 黑龙江省牡丹江制药厂，助理工程师。
